No Labels Announces Original Honorary Co-Chairs
Joe Manchin and Jon Huntsman to Lead Bipartisan Effort
Today, No Labels announced the appointment of Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Jon Huntsman (R-UT) as original honorary co-chairs.
No Labels is a nonpartisan organization that seeks to promote bipartisanship and common sense solutions to the challenges facing the country. In their new roles, Manchin and Huntsman will help No Labels to build support for its initiatives and to promote its message of unity and collaboration.
"I am honored to serve as an honorary co-chair of No Labels," said Manchin. "Our country is facing some serious challenges, and we need to work together to find solutions. No Labels is a great organization that is bringing people together to do just that."
"I am proud to join No Labels in its mission to promote bipartisanship and common sense solutions," said Huntsman. "We need to put the interests of the country ahead of partisan politics. No Labels is a vital organization that is making a difference."
No Labels was founded in 2010 by a group of former lawmakers, business leaders, and other citizens who were concerned about the increasing polarization in American politics. The organization's goal is to promote bipartisanship and to find common ground on the issues facing the country.
